Registration for SPWLA 2008 is now available online at www.spwla.org Spaces are limited for all events and early booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.

 

Registration fee per person.  ALL fees are inclusive of all local taxes

$200 Workshop ($240 non-registered guest, if you do not plan to attend the conference)

$25 each day Box lunch at EICC (Nearest restaurants ~5mins. away from EICC)

Complimentary Functions

Admittance to complimentary functions is by registration badge and a ticket. If you plan to attend you must mark the appropriate box(es) on the registration form. You will not be admitted without a ticket.

How to pay for registration

All payments must be made in U.S. currency drawn on a U.S. bank. For wire transfer notify the business office for information (Phone:+1-713-947-8727or Fax:+1- 713 947-7181)

• or by credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express)

Registration

Pre-registration badges only can be picked up Saturday, May 24th, 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. in the Roxburghe Hotel Lobby.

On-site registration will be open in the EICC from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sunday, May 25th.

A badge and ticket for the Icebreaker must be presented for admission. All registrants who wish to attend the Icebreaker should pick up their registration badges and packets in the registration area before 6:00 p.m.

Registration hours are Monday and Tuesday, May 26 and 27, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Wednesday, May 28, from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon.

 

One-day registrations may be purchased on site only the fee is $300.00 per day and are valid for technical sessions and exhibits only and will include transactions; they do not include any complimentary functions.

 

Transactions

Transactions on CD are included in full registration fee. Additional copies may be purchased for $30.00 each on site.

 

Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation notice listing registration fees, and activities requested. Please check confirmation notices carefully. If necessary, any changes in your registration (additions, with accompanying payment or deletions), must be made to the business office no later than May 1, 2008

 

Request for name change

All name substitutions addressed to the business office before May 1 2008, will be processed at no extra charge. Requests made thereafter and on-site will be subject to a $5.00 processing fee.

 

Cancellation Policy

General conditions - All cancellations notices must be made in writing to the business office only.  Refunds will be issued after the Symposium in accordance with the Cancellation Terms and Conditions.

 

Hotel cancellations must be made directly with the hotel

Registration and short course fees:

Cancellation notices received on or before May 1:       Full refund

Cancellation notices received after May 1:                 No refund

 

All other events:

Cancellation notices received on or before May 1:       Full refund

Cancellation notices received after May 1:                  No refund

Unused tickets are not refundable.
